What is Trello?
Trello is a visual productivity tool that lets you create boards, lists, and cards to organize and prioritize tasks and projects with ease. It's a popular choice for online business owners to manage workflows, track progress, share information, and more, and it's my tool of choice for running my entire business.

Do I need a paid Trello account?
Nope. Everything inside the Business Hub HQ works with a free Trello account.

How long will it take to set up?
The video lessons run 36 minutes total, and most people are up and running in under an hour. If you already have your bios, links, and assets on hand, you'll fly through it. If you're still gathering things, the built-in prompts help you organize as you go.

Can I share my Business Hub with a VA or team member?
Yes. There's a bonus lesson that walks you through the best sharing options so your team can find what they need without pinging you, while keeping sensitive info secure.

What if I don't use Trello?
This board template was created to easily copy into your workspace (I'll show you how inside). If you're already using another project management tool like Asana or ClickUp, some students have taken the strategy and adapted it to their own tools, but that isn't something I cover inside the training.
